This series class is one of the most recognized and
commonly used casters in a broad spectrum of industries and is one of our most
popular selling caster series; offering exceptional quality, functionality,
value and availability! To offer fast delivery and competitive prices, we mass
produce and stock all the parts required to quickly assemble these high quality
casters to your desired specifications. This series is made from 1/4”
thick cold rolled steel; designed, formed and welded for optimal mobility and
made to withstand the rigors and abuses typical for medium duty caster
applications. Double ball raceways and a 5/8” nut & bolt kingpin are
standard features; however we also offer a rivet kingpin version (39 Series).
There are nearly 40 wheels and dozens of bearings, brakes and options to choose
from. Popular applications include; various carts, trucks, dollies, racks &
equipment for almost every industry including industrial, warehousing,
hospitality, institutional, food service, food processing, retail displays, and
endless other medium duty applications.

| 37 / 38 Spring Loaded Medium - Heavy Duty Series - Up to 800

The 37/38 series offers load protection from vibration
and shocks, reduces rolling noise and impact damage from floor. Yoke
construction is made from ¼” thick cold rolled steel; double ball
raceway are deeply formed to enhance side thrust resistance; a ¾”
diameter kingbolt is used to offer a smooth swivel action and superior
durability. Common applications include various material handling and factory
part carts transporting sensitive materials, aircraft maintenance and ground
support equipment, tool chests, and etc.
• Protects cargo from
vibration & shock loading.
• Spring, encapsulated in a
polyurethane block, begins compression at 600LBS to total compression at
675LBS, with a spring travel of ¼”.

The 43 / 44 medium heavy duty series offers increased
weight capacity and durability in the 2” tread widths as well as
introduces larger wheel sizes up to 10” x 2-1/2” at economical
prices. Yoke construction is made from 1/4” thick cold rolled steel;
double ball raceways are deeply formed, polished and heat treated, offering a
smooth swivel action and superior durability. Legs are designed and formed for
resistance to side thrust failure and are robotically welded to a large
3-1/4” diameter raceway. Raceways & top plate are held together with a
3/4” heat treated nut & bolt kingpin and has a 1/2” axle. Zerk
grease fittings come in the swivel raceway & wheel axle and in most wheel
hubs. There are nearly 40 wheels and dozens of bearings, brakes and options to
choose from. Common applications include various material handling carts,
A-Frames, terminal dollies, gantries, hoppers, ground support equipment, trash
containers, and various other medium heavy duty equipment.

This series off ers the increased mobility &
durability of larger profi le wheels with the advantage of the economical
pricing of cold forged casters. Th is is the heaviest cold forged caster series
available; made from 3/8” thick cold rolled steel, both the double ball
raceways & top plate are heat treated for added strength and long service
life. Load bearing raceway is 3-1/4” in diameter, featuring polished and
hardened ball bearings, raceways are bound together with a 3/4” heat
treated kingpin.
