The T3 series is a total-locking swivel caster with a
glass filled nylon pedal; this brake design provides a way to simultaneously
lock both the swivel raceway and the wheel with the depression of a single
pedal making the unit stationary. The brake is on the trailing edge of the
caster making it easily accessible. The T3 design features a metal dust cap
over the upper raceway. Matching rigids casters (T4 Series) are also available;
06 plate- rigid caster yoke is a stamped construction, 11 plate- rigid casters
have a "cut and welded design". There are a wide range of fastenings, wheels
types, colors, bearings, and other options to choose from.

filled nylon pedal is attractive, very strong and durable, and is less
expensive than the all metal pedal design (like 17 series).

Total-lock brake simultaneously locks both the swivel & wheel making the
rolling unit stationary and more stable than when using just wheel brakes.
• Directional lock option secures swivel raceway in trailing position
at 180°, while leaving the wheel to roll freely; offers assistance in
rolling equipment in a straight line.

This series features larger diameter wheels (4, 5, 6
& 8”) with 1-1/2” and 2” tread widths in a stamping formed
design, made from heavy gauge cold rolled steel and features hardened double
ball raceways for added strength and an extra long service life. Swivel and
rigid and total-locking casters are available with the popular small plate (06
=2-3/8 x 3-5/8) which is the standard size for light medium duty casters; this
feature makes the 79/80/T9 Series the perfect fit to upgrade your casters from
smaller to larger casters, offering increased roll-ability and durability.
There are a wide range of wheels types, colors, bearings, brakes and other
options to choose from. Popular applications include: Food service & food
processing equipment, material handling carts, hotel bellman carts, linen and
housekeeping carts, tool boxes, etc.

This series class is one of the most recognized and
commonly used casters in a broad spectrum of industries and is one of our most

casters to your desired specifications. This series is made from 1/4”
thick cold rolled steel; designed, formed and welded for optimal mobility and
made to withstand the rigors and abuses typical for medium duty caster
applications. Double ball raceways and a 5/8” nut & bolt kingpin are
standard features; however we also offer a rivet kingpin version (39 Series).
There are nearly 40 wheels and dozens of bearings, brakes and options to choose

The 37/38 series offers load protection from vibration
and shocks, reduces rolling noise and impact damage from floor. Yoke
construction is made from ¼” thick cold rolled steel; double ball
raceway are deeply formed to enhance side thrust resistance; a ¾”
diameter kingbolt is used to offer a smooth swivel action and superior
durability. Common applications include various material handling and factory
part carts transporting sensitive materials, aircraft maintenance and ground
support equipment, tool chests, and etc.
• Protects cargo from
vibration & shock loading.
• Spring, encapsulated in a
polyurethane block, begins compression at 600LBS to total compression at
675LBS, with a spring travel of ¼”.
